CARITAS of PANDO as an institution of human promotion, action and social help for the most needy bases its mission on the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ and from the prophetic dimension of the Social Doctrine of the Church, accompanies, promotes and sustains processes of integral human promotion and the defense of the dignity of the person especially of the poor, impoverished and excluded, seeking for such purposes agreements or agreements with both public and private institutions.
